Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact terizlahelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies for all returned items to cover inventory handling and processing.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns of items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted.
